🎪 Bass Coast 2025 – Wild Havens Bell Tent Setup Crew

Be part of the Wild Havens crew at Bass Coast 2025 and help create a beautiful glamping experience!

You’ll be volunteering directly for Wild Havens (www.wildhavens.ca) — not as part of the official Bass Coast volunteer program. That means:

  • You won’t be assigned work in other festival areas

  • You won’t receive standard Bass Coast volunteer perks like t-shirts, food, or backstage access

  • You will be focused solely on helping Wild Havens set up and tear down bell tents

🛠 Setup & Teardown Crew – What the Work Involves

This is a physically demanding role. Half the time you'll be:

  • Setting up tents

  • Lifting heavy poles and gear

  • Hammering in pegs

  • Working in the elements (hot, dusty, rainy — we go rain or shine)

The other half includes:

  • Dressing tents (making beds, fluffing duvets, placing decor)

  • Setting up tables, lanterns, and furnishings

  • Cleaning and organizing equipment

📹 [Check out a timelapse of the tents going up last year.]
