🎪 Extra Crew Needed – Bass Coast Tent Setup & Teardown

We’re expanding our setup at Bass Coast this year and taking on more tents than ever — so we need a small additional crew to help before and after the festival.

This is an optional, extra role for those already on the Concierge Team or Setup Crew — but you’re also welcome to join just for this work.

 

🛠 Job Details

  • Position: Setup & Teardown Crew (pre/post-festival)
     

  • Pay: $26/hour (cash, paid after teardown)
     

  • Accommodation: Bell tent accommodation provided during setup/teardown (not during the festival)
     

  • Bass Coast Festival Pass:
     

    • Not included with this role
       

    • If you're on another crew, your pass is covered
       

    • If you're only doing this role, you’ll need to provide your own ticket
       

 

🗓 Work Schedule

  • Saturday, July 5 – 12 PM until late
     

  • Sunday, July 6 – Full day (~8 hours)
     

  • Monday, July 7 – AM until done
     

  • Tuesday, July 15 – AM to late
     

  • Wednesday, July 16 – Work as needed until teardown is complete
