REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
Every new tent we sell comes with a 12 month warranty for manufacturing defects.
Examples of manufacturing defects are:
If your tent is damaged in transit we will raise a claim with the shipping company. Just send us pictures of the packaging and any visible damage straight away by email.
Damage to zips forced under tension will not be covered
Please read the included Technical Details and Notes before putting up your tent
We will do all we can to make sure you are happy with your product. The tents we sell our very durable and robust and we use them for the rental side of our business. If problems come up we will do out utmost to sort it out. However damage from high winds, storms, other acts of nature or negligence will not be covered under warranty.
If a problem does come up and we agree it is a defect we are happy to pay shipping both ways.
We offer a 14 day No Questions asked return policy from delivery. The tent must be in original packaging and unused, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Remember, if you put up your tent and then decide that you don't want it, or that you need to swap to a different size, we cannot re-sell it as new!
We can also supply spare parts and accessories, but because of the nature of camping our warranty does not cover damage that is not the result of a manufacturing defect.
